Workshop Overview


The purpose for the Digital Humanities in the Palm of Your Hand workshop is to provide a space for researchers, educators, and practitioners to explore the latest in social media applications and how they impact social media community resilience. What is our impact to humanity through cellular phone applications? This workshop is intentionally developed to support critical discussions through research reporting, panel discussions, hands-on examination and developing possible processes for evaluation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
